At Suzano, we believe innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. This union gave rise to a meaningful attitude: innovability, which guides us in thinking outside the box and looking beyond to tackle the challenges of the 21st century. We plant and grow trees. We transform this renewable raw material into innovative and sustainable bioproducts that are part of the everyday life of over 2 billion people. About the Role:

Suzano is looking for a hands-on and technically driven Reliability Supervisor to lead our lubrication and predictive maintenance teams at our Pine Bluff facility. This role will be essential in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence through structured routines, data-driven improvements, and team development. We're looking for someone who thrives in industrial environments, enjoys solving complex maintenance challenges, and is passionate about building strong, engaged teams.

What You’re Going to Do:

  • Supervise a team, including lubrication technicians and vibration analysts.
  • Ensure consistent execution of lubrication routines and predictive maintenance activities focused on reliability.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules, track attendance, and promote engagement and recognition within the team.
  • Lead and support technical projects, including the implementation of centralized oil treatment systems, lubricant improvements, maintenance strategy planning, and chronic leak mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the development of new predictive techniques (ultrasound, thermography, online monitoring, etc.).
  • Monitor oil and grease usage, ensure routine compliance, and propose solutions for oil loss and contamination.
  • Develop technical scopes, cost estimates, and project reports for maintenance and reliability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with lubrication quality standards (e.g., NAS), including particle count and water contamination control.
  • Promote 5S practices and help embed a proactive maintenance culture across the team.

What We Expect from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
  • Solid hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in lubrication and predictive techniques like vibration analysis.
  • Understanding of vibration fundamentals (acceleration, velocity, defect detection such as lubrication failure or bearing cage faults).
  • Experience with oil dehydration and filtration systems, and a strong grasp of oil cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to manage and develop technical teams in fast-paced, continuous operations.
  • Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables preferred) and comfort working with maintenance data.
  • Exposure to industrial sectors such as pulp & paper, oil & gas, chemicals, or steel.
  • Knowledge of planned maintenance strategies, compliance tracking, and root cause analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Leadership: You can guide, coach, and challenge a technical team while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
  • Predictive Maintenance Mindset: You understand the value of data, early detection, and continuous monitoring to prevent failures.
  • Problem Solver: You’re not afraid to dig into the root cause, explore new technologies, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborative Energy: You work closely with maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to drive performance.
  • Hands-On Attitude: You're comfortable getting into the details, from oil leaks to vibration signals, and translating them into actions.
  • Professionals who share our values Suzano - People and Culture. Read more here:

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Company matching contributions to help you save for the future.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for personal and work-related issues.
  • Wellness Programs: Access to programs promoting physical and mental health.
