Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking PMO Manager for Capacity and Resource Management to lead the replacement of the current PPM tool, enhancing resource planning and management through automation. This role involves implementing best practices for IT resource demand and capacity management and using data-driven insights to optimize project delivery. They will act as a liaison between the PMO and other departments, prioritize projects, and generate reports on demand and capacity metrics. This role will generate and present reports on demand and capacity metrics, project status, and resource utilization to IT leadership teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the PMO Manager will manage and mentor a team of two Business Analysts, oversee daily administration, and continuously improve project intake processes. This individual will guide project teams on resource management and drive a high-performance team environment while staying up to date with industry best practices. This is a full time, direct placement opportunity with one of the most well-established organizations in the Louisville area.
*** Compensation : up to 145k
