Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in various tasks related to project planning, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with our clients, team members, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate project activities and resources, including team members and external vendors Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are organized and up-to-date Support the project manager in any other tasks as needed to ensure project success Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field Experience in project coordination or project management Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the transportation industry is a plus Why Work for Us?
