What Youll Do

• Greet and guide guests like a rockstar the moment they walk in
• Answer product questions and give recommendations like a pro
• Cross-sell and upsell to help guests find more to love
• Keep your area clean, merch looking fresh, and racks fully stocked
• Handle returns and exchanges with a helpful, positive attitude
• Let customers know about hot deals and limited time offers
• Create a shopping experience thats as memorable as it is fun
• Have great energy and love talking with people
• Have at least six months customer service experience
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and love a tidy display
• Are at least 16 years of age and can work nights, weekends, and holidays (because thats when the partys happening)
