This role involves managing the Safety Program and safety professionals at the business unit level, ensuring compliance and safety excellence across projects. The responsibilities include: Assisting in the development of annual Safety Business plans. Setting safety training expectations and monitoring safety performance through audits and incident investigations. Supporting project teams with safety adherence, developing site-specific safety plans, and executing them. Verifying subcontractor compliance with OSHA standards. Providing field support, including site visits, safety meetings, and risk assessments. Qualifications required: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations. At least 5 years of experience in construction or industrial safety. Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field preferred. Experience in Safety Management. Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is a plus. McKinstry offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.
