Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection and offering personalized recommendations. Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about inventory to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Training: Learn essential duties such as cashiering, stocking, receiving and assisting guests. Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean and inviting by performing light cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping and dusting. Physical Tasks: Lift up to 30 pounds and engage in repetitive movements such as bending, twisting and stooping throughout your shift. Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver top-tier customer service at all times. Teamwork: Work effectively with team members to foster positive, collaborative interactions with customers and colleagues. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a fuel station/convenience store setting. ID Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and present two valid government-issued IDs (one photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport; and one paper ID, such as a Social Security card or birth certificate). Background Check: Ability to pass a background check covering the last 7 years. Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required. Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for shifts, including weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays, with availability for early morning to late-night shifts.
