The Sales Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the Department Contact, which may include, conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making outreach to potential clients, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manages sales opportunities including input to SalesForce and follow up both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team to develop presentations for prospect and broker meetings.
• Effectively manages deadlines.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately.
• Maintains positive relationships with Sales team and external partners.
• Other duties as necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

1. Sales Support: Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for sales team meetings.
2. Customer Interaction: Contacting potential clients and qualifying leads.
3. Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems, tracking sales activity, and generating reports.
4. Sales Process Learning: Observing experienced sales representatives, participating in sales meetings, and thorough understanding of the sales cycle.
5. Administrative Tasks: Managing sales pipeline and updating sales documents.

Educational and Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma, required.
• Associates degree, preferred.
• SalesForce experience, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
