ComResource is Hiring: SAP Project Manager | Hybrid | Columbus, OH

Are you a seasoned SAP Project Manager with a passion for driving results and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments? We're seeking a collaborative and confident leader to oversee SAP-centric projects while navigating matrixed organizations and diverse vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive execution across onshore, offshore, and vendor teams.
• Manage risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder engagement with clarity and confidence.
• Support the development and delivery of WRICEF objects across OTC, PTP, RTR, and SCE.
• Align teams, resources, and plans across interdependent projects and systems.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including SAP-heavy projects (80%+ SAP).
• Deep understanding of SAP solutions and delivery processes.
• Strong budget management and vendor coordination experience.
• Proven experience managing 3+ simultaneous projects with offshore resources.
• Skilled in MS Project , Project Online/PPM tools , and Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) .
• Solid knowledge of JIRA , SOW management , and cross-team dependencies .
• Confident communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to executive and technical audiences.
• Familiar with SBAR , stakeholder communication planning , and change leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Experience with WRICEF planning and delivery
• Familiarity with OTC, PTP, SCE, or RTR modules
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence without authority
• Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading in a matrixed environment
