Job Description

Join our growing team of educational professionals providing crucial psychological services to students through innovative virtual platforms. We're seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to deliver comprehensive mental health and educational support services remotely, working with diverse student populations across various grade levels.

Position Overview

This remote position offers 37.5 hours per week serving approximately 50-55 students in grades K-12. You'll conduct psychological evaluations, provide individual and group counseling services, and collaborate with educational teams to support student success. Our virtual service model allows you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from your home office.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Provide individual and group counseling services addressing mental health, behavioral, and adjustment concerns
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop appropriate educational plans and accommodations
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student support strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention approaches as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and case records in compliance with educational standards
• Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities

Student Population Focus

Work with students experiencing a range of needs including learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You'll provide crisis intervention support and help students develop coping strategies for academic and social success.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active School Psychologist licensure in Nevada
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in school settings
• Experience with virtual service delivery or willingness to adapt quickly to remote platforms
• Proficiency with video conferencing technology and digital assessment tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for confidential sessions
