Role: Scrum Master Required Skills and Experience: Strong Understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values in SAFE environment. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Ability to remove impediments and navigate conflicts Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA is a must Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience with scaled Agile frameworks Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices is preferable Experience with coaching distributed teams is preferable Certified SAFE Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications preferred. Preferred Technical Skills: SQL, MS Excel, Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Expected annual pay for this role ranges from USD 60000/annum to USD135000/annum. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
