What You'll Accomplish

• Reinvent Reporting: Support the monthly close and re-forecast process, partnering with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Create and automate influential reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead with AI: Utilize artificial intelligence to enhance our financial analytics, enabling better and faster business decisions.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work with teams across the company to drive insights and outcomes, fostering a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strategic Analysis: Assess unit economics for new offerings, especially hardware and emerging marketing channels. Analyze performance trends and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Challenge the Status Quo: Question processes, think boldly, and turn financial analysis into actionable insights that drive change.
• Own Your Impact: Lead critical projects with autonomy, delivering results even with limited resources.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We value both remote and in-person work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to be in the San Francisco office 3 days a week. Our office supports a dog-friendly environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, forecasting, variance analysis, and business modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets for building financial models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and curious.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or partnering with functional teams in high-growth tech, healthcare, or B2B2C sectors.
• Passion for leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with Workday, Adaptive, Mode Analytics, SQL.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.

Compensation

Annual salary plus equity and benefits. Salary range: $92,000 - $138,000/year, with actual compensation based on qualifications and location.
