Hiring Test Technicians in Fremont, Day/Swing available @ $22.50/$24.00 !

📍 Fremont, CA | 🕒 Day & Swing Shifts Available

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on technical skills—whether gained through professional experience, personal projects, or technical hobbies such as building PCs. You’ll be responsible for setting up, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems in a clean, high-tech environment.

Available Shift

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Swing Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

• Set up and test circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies
• Use basic command line tools to install and verify software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with guidance
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures (TPIs and SOWs)
• Perform physical tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and crating equipment
• Document test results and communicate findings clearly
• Support additional tasks as needed in a collaborative team setting

• Comfortable using basic command line tools (e.g., terminal commands)
• Hands-on experience with computers or electronics (professional or personal)
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience building or repairing PCs or electronics
• Familiarity with Command Line
• Exposure to schematics, blueprints, or ESD-safe environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
