Currently, we’re hiring a Sign Language Interpreter to work at a school in Aurora, Illinois. As a Sign Language Interpreter with SHC, you’ll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as a Sign Language Interpreter working in a school setting. Sign Language Interpreter Contract Details: -$44 – $48 an hour -2025-2026 School Year

Requirements:

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) – Education Interpreter
  • American Heart Association BLS
    • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
    Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
