Job Description
Metrica is seeking an experienced Software Sales Representative with a strong background in delivering enterprise-level technical solutions across industries such as chemical, oil and gas, industrial. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, and technical project management , with a proven ability to align complex technology solutions with client business goals.
This role requires expertise in conducting discovery sessions, creating tailored product demos, and collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to drive solution adoption and revenue growth. Candidates should have a track record of managing full sales cycles, leading technical implementations, and delivering projects on time and within scope using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
The successful candidate will be adept in B2B software consulting, cloud technologies, SaaS implementations, and enterprise workflow automation , with strong skills in tools like HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. A background in client-facing roles, technical solutioning, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
