Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in Tyler, TX, working with children aged 2 to 5 in a resource inclusion classroom. This contract position follows the normal school year schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM. The teacher will handle a caseload of approximately 15 students, supported by paraprofessionals on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to young learners with disabilities in a resource inclusion setting.
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with related services staff.
• Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed to meet diverse needs.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Texas State Teaching License with Special Education EC-12 Endorsement.
• Proven experience writing and implementing IEPs for early childhood students.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
