We are looking for a seasoned Senior Dynamics Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 to join our team. The Senior Dynamics Consultant will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions tailored to meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM concepts, extensive technical proficiency, and a proven track record of successful CRM implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems and applications.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and objectives, and translate them into effective CRM solutions and workflows.
3. Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to identify key use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
4. Develop comprehensive solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client goals.
5. Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client-specific requirements and use cases.
6. Lead and mentor junior consultants and development teams in CRM best practices, development methodologies, and technical skills related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
7. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to validate CRM solutions against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle, including deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and new features related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to clients and stakeholders
