**Why you'll love this job**
+ Responsible for providing a wide variety of office duties including typing, filing, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting, handling mail, ordering office supplies, updating manuals, arranging travel and hotel accommodations
+ This job is a member of the Flight Service Team within the Customer Experience Division.
**What you'll do**
+ Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases
+ Answers multi-line telephone and direct and/or transfer calls
+ Coordinates meeting arrangements
+ Sets up and maintains filing system
+ Receives and directs visitors
+ Collects and distributes mail
+ Reviews, screens and prioritizes mail
+ Performs other duties as required
+ Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays, weekends and days off as required

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalency
+ Previous office/clerical experience

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
+ Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
+ Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple taks simutaneously
+ Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
+ Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and program
+ Ability to learn new software applications and apply knowledge
+ Ability to compose routine correspondence
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
