If so, you might be the perfect fit for our next Studio Coordinator .

This isn’t your average desk job. As the face of our Fort Wayne location, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly every day. From organizing schedules to welcoming new students and families, you’ll be part ringmaster, part rockstar, and 100% essential to our success.

What You'll Be Rockin':

• Lead the Vibe : Be the first friendly face families and students see when they walk in. Your energy sets the tone.
• Master the Schedule : Coordinate lessons for 150+ students and instructors with precision and care.
• Be a Sales Rockstar : Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Give killer school tours, walk through our programs, and enroll future rock stars.
• Amp Up Our Marketing : Manage and post to social media, send creative marketing emails, and help promote upcoming shows and events.
• Show Superhero : Be present at every School of Rock show—this is your chance to see the impact of your work on stage.
• Keep It Tight : Help keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for whatever the day throws your way.

What You Bring:

• A big personality—outgoing, approachable, and upbeat.
• Tech-savvy and organized with a sharp eye for details.
• Dependable and ready to own your role.
• A love for live music and a desire to be part of a creative, collaborative team.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends—especially during shows and performances.
• * No musical ability required!

Bonus Points:

• Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools.
• Marketing or customer service background.
• Passion for music and a desire to inspire the next generation of performers.
