Corewell Health is offering up to $10,000 as a sign on bonus for this opportunity!About the unit Teams 3 & 4 is a Level 1 trauma center with a fast-paced operating room caring for both inpatients and outpatients. Specialties include Urology, Gynecology, ENT, and OMFS. In addition, we have a robust robotic program consisting of 8 DaVinci Xi robots and an SP robot. Our robotic program expands to several service lines including General, Urology, Gynecology, Colorectal, Bariatric, Hepatobiliary, Thoracic and ENT. The first robotic program in Michigan to hit 20,000 robotic surgeries. Our Urology, Gynecology, and ENT programs consistently receive national recognition by the U.S. News & World Reports. We pride ourselves on working together as a team to provide high quality, safe and compassionate care for our patients. The advanced capabilities and clinical expertise within this center have earned it Magnet designation four consecutive times and has the distinct honor of housing Michigan’s first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence.Scope of WorkThe Surgical Technologist Senior will be responsible for maintaining and preparing the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, maintenance of the sterile field, and evaluation of changing conditions during the surgical procedures, and making appropriate responses as needed. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
