Build robust talent pipelines by effectively sourcing passive candidates, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber pool for our hiring managers. Exceptional Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding. Data-Driven Recruitment: Provide insightful data and weekly updates to hiring managers, enabling informed decision-making and optimizing recruitment processes. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting strategies based on applicant data and passive outreach response rates, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Hiring Velocity: Drive hiring managers and teams to prompt hiring decisions, ensuring timely fulfillment of critical roles. What you must have: Technical Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of modern technologies, including React Native, AI, ML, Python, and related fields, enabling you to effectively assess and engage technical candidates. Exceptional Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
