About this role

In this role, you will play an important part in our company's growth and success by identifying and attracting top talent. Your primary goal will be to understand our hiring needs and culture, so you can source candidates that not only meet the technical requirements but also fit our collaborative environment. You will work closely with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and facilitate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and the team. This position is based at our office in Kirkland, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance in hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pipeline.
  • Promote employer brand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter in the software development/information technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles and technical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidates' qualifications effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and various recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
