🚀 Technical Recruiter | Austin, TX (Hybrid)

They’re now scaling their Austin office and are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join the team. This is a split desk model , so you’ll focus solely on the candidate side - sourcing, relationship building, and guiding top talent through the recruitment process. No cold BD or client acquisition required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the candidate lifecycle: sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and supporting candidates throughout interview processes
• Partnering with Account Executives to align on role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates
• Building and maintaining a network of technical talent across engineering, data, DevOps, and product
• Staying informed on industry trends, hiring patterns, and candidate market behavior

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of agency recruitment experience (ideally within tech or digital verticals)
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• A relationship-first mindset and passion for helping people grow in their careers
• Based in Austin or open to a hybrid in-office arrangement
