Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager with equipment experience to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong background in chemical solutions used by special equipment and a proven track record in sales, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate deals, and foster strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

1. Develop and demonstrate appropriate machine processes for customer applications in high pressure chemical solutions

2. Help with the development of new equipment

3. Perform chemical solutions testing

4. Answer technical questions for customer, to aid in the sale of the machine.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and the sales organization as it relates to cleaning chemistries and processes.

7. Build the business across all divisions and on a global basis.

8. Review chemical and Tech Data Sheets on an annual bases.

9. Target 6% chemical sales growth by utilizing existing customers and products while forming complementary market relationships.

12. Leverage information and products from other suppliers by forming relationships in order to grow the chemical business though relabeling.

Qualifications/Skills: Must have technical knowledge of chemistries and the aqueous solutions process. Must have chemical formulation background. Must be competent with computers and be able to use Word, Excel (Pareto charting, line graphs, trendlines, etc.), PowerPoint, and practical application. Project management skills and experience.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering Required. At least 5 years’ experience in related field. Must be well organized with knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel), accurate data entry skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus commission
