Electronics Test Technicians - Poway, CA

Job Description -

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician with the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level on circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting RF system issues and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic systems to the component level.
• Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and diagrams.
• Set up, perform, and analyze experiments and tests according to pre-arranged product test procedures.
• Record results and findings into product test records.
• Operate test equipment, such as digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Assist team members in resolving technical challenges and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to Electronics Test Technicians.
• Oversee the appropriate use of materials, test equipment, and tools to maximize efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Essential Skills/Qualifications -

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RF system issues.
• Working knowledge of electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical publications.
• Experience with test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Team player mentality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
