Job Description

Our client, a global real estate investment firm is looking for a Transaction Coordinator and will support the brokerage and leasing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to high-impact real estate transactions and work alongside experienced brokers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive project and transaction tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate complex workflows between clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Prepare polished client-facing deliverables, including market assessments, lease expiration reports, and portfolio summaries
  • Assist in preparing RFPs, opportunity analyses, broker agreements, and other project documents
  • Monitor project status and proactively identify and resolve issues or delays
  • Review lease documents and create accurate, concise abstracts
  • Support annual client business reviews with well-organized reports and presentation materials

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related professional services role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
