WHAT WILL I DO?
  • Input listings into various real estate software systems.
  • Manage Showingtime information.
  • Coordinate Global Luxury sign placements.
  • Order title work and home warranties as needed.
  • Prepare agents' files for closing.
  • Ensure all signatures are complete.
  • Various administrative duties like filing, organizing, communicating with vendors, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property.
  • Active or Former REALTORS® Highly Encouraged to apply.
  • This is an in-office role at 809 S. 52nd St. Rogers, AR 72758 Coldwell Banker Office Location.
  • This is not a remote work position
  • Hours: Monday-Friday work week, 8am-5pm- 40 hrs per week.
  • Must be willing to submit background/drug screening
