Schedule

5x8 hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM with a call rotation and weekends as needed. Flexibility to stay longer to care for the last patient is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Vascular Radiology Technician with experience in Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective operation of the vascular radiology unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology services such as angioplasty, stent placement, and central venous access.


• Assist in procedures like chemoembolization, gastroenterostomy tube placement, and liver ablations.


• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, including procedural sedation administration and monitoring.


• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in vascular radiology or related field is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered.


• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.


• ARRT certification is required.


• Experience with EPIC charting system is highly preferred.


• Must be willing to care for COVID-19 patients.
