Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Virtual Assistant will provide remote administrative support to leadership and key departments, handling tasks such as scheduling, email management, data entry, basic research, customer coordination, and internal follow-ups. This person should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Manage email communications, schedule appointments, and organize calendars
Assist with inventory tracking, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups
Support customer service and e-commerce inquiries by routing requests and gathering info
Help coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and follow-up tasks
Perform basic research and compile data into reports or spreadsheets
Maintain digital files, product data sheets, and internal documentation
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments as needed
Provide occasional assistance with social media updates or brand-related tasks
2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Experience with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer service platforms is a plus
Interest in fitness, nutrition, or e-commerce preferred
