Position Overview We're seeking a talented Visual & Web Designer to lead the visual identity and web presence of our AI video generation platform. Your primary focus will be on creating stunning website designs and visual assets that communicate our brand story, with opportunities to support marketing initiatives and shape our overall brand experience. Key Responsibilities Website Design (Primary Focus) Design and maintain Creatify's website, ensuring a compelling and conversion-focused user experience Create landing pages that effectively communicate our AI video platform's value proposition Design responsive web layouts that work seamlessly across all devices Develop visual storytelling through web design that showcases our product capabilities Implement design updates and iterations based on performance metrics and user feedback Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Visual Design & Brand Identity Develop and maintain Creatify's visual brand guidelines and design system Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations that elevate our brand Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels Create visual content that demonstrates our AI video generation capabilities Marketing Design Support Design email templates, banner ads, and digital marketing assets Create social media graphics and templates for ongoing campaigns Develop case studies and visual presentations for sales and partnerships Design conference materials, pitch decks, and promotional items Support content marketing with infographics and visual storytelling Additional Responsibilities (Startup Environment) Jump in to help with product UI/UX design when needed (not required but a plus) Contribute to creative strategy and marketing campaigns Collaborate directly with founders on brand vision and positioning Help define visual standards as we scale Take ownership of the visual identity with minimal oversight with marketing campaigns, sales materials, or customer presentations as needed Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions Assist with user research, customer interviews, and feedback sessions Help define and document design processes as we scale Collaborate directly with founders and leadership on strategic initiatives Take ownership of design decisions with minimal oversight Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from a top-tier design school (Parsons, SVA, RISD, Pratt, ArtCenter, or equivalent) 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and practical execution Experience with SaaS products, preferably in creative tools or video platforms Design Skills Must have: Expert proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop Experience with motion design and video editing tools (transferable skill) Understanding of design systems and component-based design Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches Strong foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory Technical Understanding Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they impact user experience (transferable) Basic understanding of video production workflows and formats (transferable) Experience designing for platforms with complex user interactions Ability to work with engineering teams and understand technical constraints Creative Skills Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and composition Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions Experience designing for diverse audiences and use cases Portfolio showing work across different visual styles and industries Preferred Qualifications Product design or UI/UX experience (bonus but not required) Experience with video creation tools or advertising platforms Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing trends Experience with motion graphics and animation Background in creating design systems for growing brands Understanding of conversion rate optimization for web design Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions What We Offer Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered creative tools Work with cutting-edge AI technology in video generation Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Impact millions of creators and businesses worldwide Competitive compensation and equity package Remote-friendly work environment Professional development opportunities Our Ideal Candidate Thrives in a startup environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats Passionate about democratizing video creation through AI Self-starter who can own projects from concept to launch Excited about the intersection of AI and creativity Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and rapid iteration Curious about emerging technologies and their design implications Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists How to Apply Please submit your application with: Your resume/CV Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
