Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities : Consult on strategy and deliver long-term, scalable solutions for complex business and technical needs Drive initiatives that require advanced analysis, innovation, and creative problem-solving Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Develop functional specification documents (FSDs) and ensure high-quality data reporting Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent via work, consulting, education, or military service Strong Capital Markets experience, particularly with regulatory program support In-depth understanding of risk concepts and risk data Data governance, modeling, and quality assurance expertise Advanced Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, user stories, stakeholder communication Proficiency with Agile SDLC methodologies including SCRUM Experience developing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) Pay Range: $ 72 - 82 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
