Organization: FEAST Location: Los Angeles, CA Commitment: 3-5 hours per month About FEAST FEAST is a nonprofit promoting community health through nutrition education, food access, and emotional support. We empower families and individuals to achieve health equity and lasting well-being. Position Overview FEAST is seeking a board member with expertise in marketing, public relations, or business. This individual will play a vital role in growing awareness of FEAST’s mission in Los Angeles and supporting our small team with development efforts, including event and campaign ideation, as well as marketing strategies. Responsibilities Attend quarterly board meetings. Support development efforts by contributing ideas for fundraising campaigns and events. Help shape marketing strategies to elevate FEAST’s visibility. Provide expertise in marketing, PR, or business to amplify outreach efforts. Meet an annual $5,000 give-get commitment. Contribute 3-5 hours per month to board activities. Ideal Candidate Professional background in marketing, PR, or business development. Passion for growing awareness of health equity and food justice. Experience in event planning or campaign ideation is a plus. Enthusiastic about using their skills to drive FEAST’s mission and impact.
