Warehouse Associates Needed For A Local Bread Warehouse!

Shift/Hours: All shifts, vary based on client need

Pay: $16.00 / hour

The Material Handler is responsible for manually or by hand truck moving materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places in the facility or onto trucks. Position typically reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•Stocking baked good products such as bread, hot dog and hamburger buns from totes to shelf

•Use handheld scanners and computers

•Ensure product is unloaded into the appropriate bays

•If needed, unload top part of loads by hand and stack on pallets

•Manually or using hand truck performs various material handling duties in the facility.

•Manually loads finished product on pallet or hand truck.

•Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.

•Provides cleaning services, as necessary, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices and removal of trash in proper containers or designated areas.

•Performs other related tasks to keep the work area safe, clean and organized.

Qualified applicants will be able to:

•Basic mathematical skills

•Basic computer skills

•Previous experience with RF Scanners and WMS systems preferred

•Attention to detail to ensure pulling correct product

•Must be able to reach above head as racks are in excess of 6' tall

•Ability to perform repetitive work

•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
