Responsibilities & Duties (included but not limited to):

• Lead and mentor Claims Administrator, ensuring the smooth delivery of claims services
• Review policies, investigate claims, and determine the payable amount based on coverage and guidelines
• Make accurate and timely decisions on claims, providing clear reasons for their determination
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Evaluate Automotive Car Care claims to determine exposure, liability, and damages
• Answer incoming claim calls concerning warranty coverage and claim issues from customers and dealerships
• Manage and respond to emails in our NetSuite portal
• Prepare necessary forms and gather documentation for all valid claims
• Communicate internally with management regarding the status of Goodwill claims
• Make strategic recommendations for scope of coverages and any changes in compliance language
• Maintain information on various platforms (primarily Excel spreadsheets) for reporting purposes
• Perform miscellaneous administrative job duties as required
