We're currently looking for a Web & Graphic Designer with strong graphic design expertise to join our growing team. Position Overview: This is not just a coding role - we're looking for a hybrid creative-developer who can bring websites to life through both technical skill and visual storytelling. You'll work closely with our Senior Web Developer to build and maintain websites, but you'll also take the lead on visual design elements, ensuring every site is polished, engaging, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop websites using WordPress (Elementor) and Squarespace Create custom graphics, layouts, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer to implement responsive, user-friendly designs Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML/CSS code Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Support and implement SEO strategies, including Google Ads and organic SEO Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts in team brainstorming sessions Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in web development and graphic design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - graphic design is a core part of this role Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor) and Squarespace Solid understanding of HTML/CSS Demonstrated creative/design experience with a strong portfolio of web and graphic work Experience with Google Ads and paid SEO strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Preferred Traits: A strong visual eye and attention to detail Passion for clean, modern design and intuitive user experiences Excellent communication and time management skills Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset Anvil Marketing
