Full Job Description

FDY, Inc., located at THE CHARLOTTE DOUGLAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT , is seeking both full time and part time applicants that are available to work morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) shifts.

Applicants must be willing to work at a very fast pace and work schedule as required by manager. Applicants must have great customer service skills and should enjoy meeting people from all parts of the country. These positions are located at the FDY, Inc. Bojangles stores Concourse B & D/E at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Previous experience with a Bojangles' franchise or other fast food restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory.

Store operating hours are Monday to Sunday from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Set up workstation
• Follow recipe for frying chicken as required
• Operating grill station as needed
• Ensure quality of product as set by Bojangles standards
• Listening attentively to guests orders
• Operating with a sense of urgency
• Prepping ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to all required safety and sanitation protocols. HAIR must be covered at all times
• Compliance with FDY, Inc.'s uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook

Successful candidates:

• Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people.
• Must be willing to train for all positions.
• Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills.
• Must provide 110% customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be approved for airport badge through TSA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour

SCHEDULE NEEDED:

AM SHIFT (6:00AM-2:30PM) (7:00-3:00PM)(8:30-4:30PM)
PM SHIFT (2:30-10:30PM) (3:00PM-11:00PM)

COVID-19 considerations:
To maintain safety of our team members and customers, we have installed plexiglass at our registers. Masks are optional and gloves must be worn at all times. We sanitize and disinfect frequently used surfaces and deep clean the restaurant often.
