LVI are currently working with an established commercial roofing company based in out of Northeast Atlanta, GA, known for their commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialize in a wide range of commercial roofing services, including the installation, repair, and maintenance or large-scale commercial & industrial buildings.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Train and mentor roofing crew members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
