Job Summary:
Illuminate USA is looking for a bold and innovative Leadership and Organizational Development Leader to help shape the future of our team at our new manufacturing facility in Pataskala, Ohio! Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you’ll lead a small but mighty team in creating top-tier leadership programs, driving change, and building a culture where talent thrives. You'll work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and senior leaders to grow leadership capacity and prepare our best people for future roles.
This role is all about making an impact—designing programs, tools, and strategies that develop emerging leaders and strengthen our workplace culture. You’ll champion collaboration, continuous learning, and forward-thinking development initiatives that help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
