Join Electra Grid Solutions as a Contracts Administrator and play a key role in managing the agreements that help power communities across the region. 💼 About the Role As a Contracts Administrator , you’ll report directly to the President and oversee the development, review, and administration of contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners. You’ll ensure that contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals—while minimizing risk and strengthening key business relationships. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements Present cost proposals and bid packages to the leadership team Evaluate vendor submissions to ensure they meet company and project requirements Track contract performance to ensure deliverables, milestones, and deadlines are met Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations Collaborate with legal and risk management to resolve contract-related disputes Interpret and analyze construction bid packages and supplemental contract documents Coordinate and lead bid teams for RFPs and RFIs Maintain contract data and enter rate details into accounting software for crews and storm teams Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and construction managers Perform other duties as assigned to support contract operations ✅ What You Bring 3–5 years of contract administration experience (required) High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel for bid meetings and client coordination Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field CPCCM or CCCM certification Familiarity with construction contracts and public procurement processes Experience with RFI/RFP preparation and submittals 💡 Key Attributes Self-Motivated – You take initiative and follow through on responsibilities Team-Oriented – You work well with others and foster strong collaboration Customer-Focused – You build trust with clients and stakeholders Detail-Driven – You ensure accuracy and consistency in all contract documents Safety-Minded – You follow company safety policies and promote safe work practices 📍 Working Conditions Office-based position with standard use of computers and office equipment Occasional travel may be required May require lifting up to 20 lbs and extended periods of sitting or screen time 🌟 Why Join Electra Grid Solutions?
