\n\n\n Position Summary \n\nWe are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Jefferson County Jail in Mt. Vernon, Illinois . New graduates are encouraged to apply!
\n\nAs an LPN, you will provide individualized patient care based on nursing procedures and under the supervision of a registered nurse.
\n\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\nProvide nursing care in accordance with state and facility guidelines
\n\tAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed
\n\tDocument patient interactions and interventions accurately
\n\tMonitor patients and report any changes in condition
\n\tCollaborate with healthcare and custody staff to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
\n\tVaccinations not mandatory
