For additional information, visit us at Job Description Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced ETRM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Energy Trading and Risk Management. Experience working with companies like Shell or BP is highly preferred. Skills & Qualifications: ETRM product custom development experience. Proficiency in React and JavaScript, including understanding React's component-based architecture, state management, hooks, and the latest features of JavaScript (ES6 and beyond). Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, including designing, developing, and deploying microservices. This involves understanding containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Expertise in Redis for in-memory data storage and caching, including setting up Redis clusters, managing data persistence, and optimizing performance. Skills in data modelling, including designing and implementing database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding normalization, indexing, and query optimization. Experience in UX design principles and best practices, including creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and implementing responsive design. Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL for enabling communication between the front-end and back-end. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing web applications in a scalable and reliable manner. Compensation and Benefits: Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000.
