Job Title: Employment Attorney (Plaintiff’s)

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in California)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Employment Attorney to join our legal team. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employees in employment-related disputes, handling litigation from intake to resolution, and providing strategic legal counsel to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employees in employment law disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies (EEOC, DFEH, DLSE).
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, legal briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to clients regarding their workplace rights and potential claims.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar .
• 2+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred but open to defense).
