A Day in the Life of a Fundraising Success Manager

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of helping schools achieve their fundraising goals. You will work closely with coaches, teachers, and group leaders to ensure successful campaigns, providing guidance from start to finish. Your work will directly impact the growth of Schoolfundr, as well as the education and success of students across the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the setup, onboarding, and planning for fundraisers to ensure successful execution
• Act as a coach and cheerleader for fundraising teams, motivating students and leaders to participate and reach goals
• Engage with students, coaches, and leaders (both virtually and in person) to maximize excitement and participation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff to establish trust and promote repeat business
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and seamless campaign execution
• Track and manage the status of ongoing and completed fundraisers using CRM systems
• Leverage successful campaigns to drive referrals and new fundraising opportunities
• Provide support outside of business hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with customer success, onboarding, or customer support (preferred in education or SaaS)
• Background in education, coaching, or working with youth
• Willingness to travel for on-site fundraisers in the San Diego area
• High-energy, engaging personality with a passion for motivating students and youth
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple fundraisers simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with using virtual meeting tools and CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive is a plus)
• Ability to lead and present to groups of students and adults
• Ability to work "non-normal" hours (Peak hours are typically Monday - Friday from 3pm to 8pm and weekends as needed)
