Job Title: Licensed Insurance State Farm Experienced

Location: Colleyville, TX (5025 Colleyville Blvd)

Salary: $60,000 $65,000 base (up to $80,000 with commissions & bonuses)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Trip Buchwald State Farm Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Representative with State Farm experience and an active Property and Casualty insurance licensed. This is a high-reward opportunity for someone who thrives on meeting goals, building relationships, and making an impact.

The main role will be to deliver top-tier service and support client retention. Youll handle coverage inquiries, billing issues, and policy updatesall while working in a collaborative, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service to existing policyholders
• Assist with billing, coverage changes, and policy updates
• Use State Farm tools (CCC, EC, etc.) to manage client files
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and other State Farm products
• Develop and follow up on warm and cold leads
• Provide accurate quotes and close new policies
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Contribute to a supportive agency culture

Qualifications:

• State Farm agency experience required
• 2+ years of insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using State Farm systems

Benefits:

• $60,000 $65,000 salary, based on experience
• Up to $80,000+ total compensation with commissions and bonuses
