Machine Operator - Direct Hire
2nd Shift
Our client, a leading manufacturer in Green Bay, WI is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of heat treatment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a disciplined approach to equipment operation, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $43680 - $47840

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 – 11:30 (Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate heat treatment machines to ensure optimal performance
• Perform process inspections to verify parts meet customer specifications
• Meet production schedules efficiently and accurately
• Operate forklifts to support material handling and logistics
• Promote and adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and demonstrate a disciplined approach to work
• Strong desire to be an effective team member and support colleagues across shifts and locations
• Solid work history demonstrating reliability and responsibility
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
• Willingness to participate in safety procedures and regulations
