As a MICU Clinical Education Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that elevate the quality of care we provide. This is your chance to collaborate with various departments, identify educational needs, and create impactful learning curriculums for ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs and curriculums that meet and exceed national standards.
• Collaborate with administration, patient care services, and leadership to create effective education plans.
• Analyze developmental and educational needs while evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs tailored to adult learners based on sound educational principles.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years of critical care RN experience
• Licenses & Certifications: RN or RRT

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience: 5-10 years of critical care RN experience
• Licenses & Certifications: Certification/Licensure in Area of Expertise
