The Manager will lead design, development and delivery of sustainable processes, programs, systems, and services that attract, engage, develop, and retain organizational talent and advance organizational effectiveness. Description: As the Manager of Organizational Development & Effectiveness, you will play a key role in shaping a thriving, high-performing culture by strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee development, wellness, engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness. You will lead initiatives that foster collaboration, align talent strategies to business goals, and develop employees and leaders, to create a workplace where every employee feels valued and connected to their purpose. You will bring a strong skillset around collaboration and cross-functional teaming and are an influencer within an integrated leadership team environment. Your strong systems thinking and continuous drive to stay on top of industry trends and progress contributes to solutions that integrate well across the spectrum of HR programs and services. Required Qualifications: University graduation in a field related to the position, such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Psychology. Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency. 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, organizational development, leadership development, team effectiveness or other related discipline. 3+ years leading a multidisciplinary professional team to deliver learning and development and /or organizational development initiatives.
Additional Required Qualifications: Proven leadership in taking an organization to the next level of growth with demonstrated successful execution while operating in complex and fluid environment with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge in instructional design, development and evaluation, experience with learning management systems, strong facilitation, coaching, change management, and consulting skills. Can synthesize and translate complex data, insights and macro trends into tangible and applicable perspectives that influence business problem solving and HR solution design. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to research, develop, lead and manage projects of varying complexity. Solid understanding of MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong resilience and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified coach. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
