Job Summary
As a Pain Management Physician, you will be at the forefront of patient care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of chronic pain conditions. You will work with a collaborative team of professionals to develop individualized treatment plans using both non-invasive and interventional pain management techniques. Your ability to create positive patient outcomes will be central to your role
Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a broad range of chronic pain conditions. Collaborate with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide compassionate care and establish strong rapport with patients, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout their treatment journey. Stay current with advances in pain management practices and treatment modalities, incorporating new evidence-based techniques when appropriate. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
Qualifications: Active Texas state medical license or the ability to obtain one. Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine or a related field (e.g., Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology). Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pain management, with proficiency in interventional pain procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
