Remote Registration Center Customer Service & Sales Representative Location Remote :

Requirements:

• Comfortable learning the Goldfish Swim School Curriculum
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service and sales experience, call center, or phone experience required
• Proficiency with technology- Salesforce, Slack, Podium, g suite, softphones, and scheduling software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to work for a family-oriented organization
• Ability to learn and adapt to policies/ protocols and operational changes
• The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, analytical, and takes initiative
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours
• Must have a computer set up with two monitors (REQUIREMENT)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 100 Mbps & upload speed of 6o Mbps during all working hours. (REQUIREMENT)
• Must have access to a quiet, private work environment with a desk and no other distractions or sounds (REQUIREMENT)
• Must have a reliable headset
• Ability to receive feedback and make immediate improvements

Full Time:

• 30 Hours or more (up to 40 hours)

We are searching for dedicated, engaging, and highly motivated individuals to join us as Registration Center Representatives! Your responsibilities will include fielding calls from current members and prospective members. You will be responding to voicemails and text/chat messages. You will also be making warm sales calls to potential members. You must be comfortable talking on the phone, answering questions, multi-tasking, and ready to learn Salesforce, Podium, Slack, and Scheduling software. You should be communicative, attentive, responsible, and handle working independently well.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Answering incoming calls from prospective and current members to answer questions and book them in for swim lessons

● Placing outgoing calls/ emails/ text messages to sell our program

● Answering questions or assisting current customers with their needs

● Tracking sales, call volume, and customer concerns

● Building and maintaining a culture that is driven on success

● Having a positive attitude and self-motivated to complete daily tasks

● Working with supervisors and management team members to maximize the “Golden Experience” for our customers

Job Title: Remote Registration Center Representative

• Reports to: Registration Center Supervisor
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
