Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry and be well-versed in probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning matters to clients
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate and trust administration
  • Advise clients on tax planning strategies and charitable giving opportunities
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex estate planning cases
  • Attend client meetings and represent clients in court, as needed
Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state of employment
  • Minimum of five years of experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service
