This is a temporary full‑time position for a 6‑month engagement. Potential conversion to permanent full time, depending on personal and company performance. Three days per week of in‑office work is required. What you will do Manage end‑to‑end recruiting process including: talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendations, negotiation & acceptance Partner strategically with hiring managers to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies to find top talent Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results Who you are You are a team player and have the ability to influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. You know this job is first and foremost a partnership, with candidates and with the teams you recruit for; you take a proactive, consultative approach with these relationships, building trust consistently and quickly. Enjoy collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment You have the ability to utilize data to support recruiting goals and projections Life long learner who always seeks out improvement and raising the bar You lead from the front with velocity, grit, commitment, and kindness What you bring to the table 6+ years experience in full‑cycle recruiting Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and Linkedin Recruiter An opinion on how AI improves efficiency in recruiting Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS Excellent written and verbal communication skills A focus in GTM Recruiting will be of extra interest Our US benefits include (but are not limited to) Company subsidized medical, dental, vision insurance (100% for the employee, 80% for dependents) Pay Transparency For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar‑stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above. Flexible Work Policy We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in‑office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
